I love Fall: the colors, the crispness in the air, the smell of the fallen leaves, the color orange and pumpkins.

However, autumn can play some yucky tricks on your skin with its winds and chilly weather. But these great recipes use pumpkin, the perfect icon of the season, to help nourish your skin beautifully.

Here is Part 2 of the Part 3 series: pampering pumpkins! Enjoy! :-)

Pumpkin facial mask
Take 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree and add 1-2 tablespoons of honey
Add 1 tablespoon of milk (regular for oily skin or buttermilk for dry skin)
Optional-add plain yogurt to mixture
Spread paste onto your face and keep on for 10-15 minutes.
Rinse off with water.
*Be sure to make your mask thick enough that it’s not dripping off your face. (source: Beautyfix)
